We are machine system design engineers with considerable experience within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry at improving the performance of packaging machines. We have nearly always found room for implementing design improvements by measuring and analyzing existing motions on packaging machines. We have designed, built, installed and commissioned complete assembly machines, as well as made minor, but significant, changes to existing machines.

Typically, we would achieve a 20% packaging machine performance improvement by applying our motion and machine design optimization knowledge. We have the tools to ensure that we make the changes that are targeted at providing the best improvement results. The machine drives can be pneumatic, cam and servo based.
