A segment can quickly be added to the end of the last segment by clicking on the Append Segment icon,

A dialogue box will open

The X Value of the end of the new segment can be typed in, or the lazy-man's spin-boxes can be used.

The Rise-Return (or oscillator) icon

shows that the Y-value of the end of the segment will blend to the very first segment at the start of the motion, typically at zero degrees (unless changed already). This is the default condition for the Append Segment dialogue.

If the Rise-Return icon is clicked with your mouse, then the icon will change to the Index icon,

, and the dialogue will then allow the user to change the position of end of the Segment to be anything desired.

Of course, if the user wants to change the Position, Velocity, Acceleration or Jerk conditions at any time, the Blend-Point Editor dialogue can be used.
