Short Cut: from within the Data Transfer form, mouse-select the data and Ctrl+X or icon.

This is found in the Data Transfer form.
You can delete any mouse-selected data in the Data Transfer from, to the clipboard. 
The data will then be ready for:
  • "putting" to a position list or acceleration list.
  • pasting to another computer application, such as Notepad, Wordpad, Word, Excel, etc.
  • pasting the data back into the spreadsheet, anywhere you want.
