The File Menu is found in the Main Menu bar, beneath the Title Bar.
When you mouse-click File (or use the Alt key followed by the letter f on your keyboard) the following options appear:

Add-Motion
Open
Open and Append
Reopen
Reopen and Append
Save All
Save All As
Save Active Motion
Print
Print All
Printer Setup
Close Active Motion
Exit
