The Help Menu is found in the Main Menu bar, beneath the MotionDesigner Title Bar.
When you mouse-click Help (or use the Alt key followed by the letter h on your keyboard) the following options appear:
The Help Menu provides these standard windows help options:
Contents or Shift+F1
Topic Search
Help on Help
Help Context Action (currently grey out)
