Short Cut: from within the Data Transfer form, select a cell, and Ctrl+V or

icon.

This is found in the Data Transfer form.
You can paste any data you have already copied to the clipboard, from an application such as Microsoft Excel, to the Data Transfer worksheet.

The data will then be ready for:

Selecting and then "Putting" to a position list or acceleration list.
