Getting Started
MotionDesigner is a software package that helps you design motions for machines or for CAD or Digital Generated Animations.
Most automatic machinery has movements that are repetitive and sometimes complex. The motions need to be carefully phased relative to one another to avoid collisions of the machine elements and must be designed smoothly to reduce forces and vibrations in the machinery.
When you first run MotionDesigner you will be presented with a screen as shown below.
Please move your mouse over the various elements of the image. When you mouse turns to a little hand with a pointed finger, you can mouse click to view a pop up that will explain each of the features of the main application window.
