Tools | Data Transfer | Copy All to Clipboard

Short Cut: use the

found within the Data Transform form.

Clicking this icon will select, copy, and paste all the data in the worksheet to the clipboard, ready for pasting elsewhere.

For example:

Pasted into any other application such as Microsoft Excel, Word or MathCad

Pasted back into another part of the Data Transfer worksheet.
